Hey B’s and V’s!
It’s that time again! As you know, TGE LOVES to bring you swoon-worthy content that we know you’re gonna love!
So, buckle up and let your mouth water over these gorgeous bridal shower deets, brought to you by none other than our girlfriend ‘Jo’ from Brisbane Event Signage!
Jo was put in charge of the planning and styling of her sister’s Hens Party, and boy, didn’t she do a fantastic job? TGE may need to think of hiring her, haha…
Our pink hearts are absolutely singing over all of the gorgeous details, from the dress code, the cake, the custom stationery design, the balloon and backdrop install, the cocktails, and the faux florals. WE’RE IN LOOOVE!
All of these lovelies brought their absolute A-GAME to this event! Be sure to check them out and get in touch with them for your next event!
We had a chat with Jo about everything Jenn’s Hens and you can see all the info below!
Venue: Soko Rooftop @sokobrisbane
TGE: So, Jo! Tell us all about the amazing Soko Rooftop!
J: Soko is an amazing mix of Peruvian and Japanese luxury! Not only do they have a feasting share menu, but they also have roaming entertainers throughout the venue to really immerse you in their vibe!
Bar Staff: @torleysbarservices
TGE: And what about the bar staff back at the private residence before hitting Soko?
J: Torleys Bar Services provided all of the cocktail ingredients, glassware, and staff; we just had to come up with the chosen cocktails, and of course I themed these to a few key things about my sister!
Styling and Creative Concept @brisbaneeventsignage
TGE: Now you’re the Boss Lady of Brisbane Event Signage, tell us about your styling and concept design!
J: Yes, the logo is my design, and I also created a mockup for how I wanted the space styled and colour palette I wanted to use—“Paint The Town Red”—with a dress code of block colours. Again, all based around my sister, of course!
Balloon Garland, Arch Hire, Plinth Hire Nina @iloeventshire
TGE: And that mockup and palette were then handed off to Nina from ILO Events Hire for the backdrop and balloon display?
J: Yes, and Nina did an amazing job turning my vision into reality!
Faux Floral Arrangements: @melaniejaneweddingsandevents @mjwedevents
TGE: And the same for Mel from Melanie Jane Weddings and Events for the faux floral work?
J: 100%! Melanie created for me the faux floral centrepieces to perfection in line with my colour palette for the event.
Custom Printing and Stationery Design: @brisbaneeventsignage
TGE: Now, there’s a giant Groom cutout in your pictures—where did this hunk come from? Haha…
J: Yes, he was a fan favourite on the day! I created him along with an A1 acrylic welcome sign, an acrylic bar sign, stickers for shots, placemats, a floor mat, a sticker for the guest book cover, a sharing menu, a questionnaire, chocolate labels, and drink labels.
TGE: Thanks, Jo! Well done on putting together a fantastic Hens party, and below is a few more noteworthy mentions from the day:
