Best Luxurious Wedding Planning Brisbane
Full wedding planning
Our Full Wedding Planning Package is perfect for the couple who require guided assistance throughout the wedding planning process.
From sourcing the perfect venue, to creating visual concepts and sourcing all of your wedding suppliers, our team will work with you and your budget every step of the way and then will be there on the day to oversee it all through our dedicated coordination package.

- Ongoing contact via phone, email and our online client portal.
- Up to two site visits within 50kms of Brisbane City (if deemed necessary of course).
- Unlimited access to your very own online client planning portal, where all of your planning materials, information, and documents are kept for you and your partner to refer to including access to our timelines, checklists, guest seating and dietary requirements and other materials that will assist with planning your special day.
- Regular check-ins – your planner will check in with you regularly in the lead up to your wedding day.
- Access to our comprehensive list of MJWED recommended vendors, across all elements of your wedding.
- Budget management – creation and tracking of budgets via your online portal.
- Industry discounts – where MJWED is offered an exclusive discount this will then be passed directly onto you!
- Detailed run sheet organisation and management.
- Vendor management – communicating with vendors, sourcing quotes, and costs, and confirmation of vendor availability.
- Up to two (2) MJWED staff on the day to oversee the bump-in of suppliers, your styling set-up, and management of your run sheet until all formalities have been finalised!
Partial wedding planning
Our Partial Wedding Planning Package is perfect for those who have already started their planning journey and have secured their venue and three of their major suppliers.
Our team will work with you to help source the remainder of your suppliers, along with assisting you with your overall styling and concept design, and provide you with our on the day coordination service.

- Clients must have secured 4 of their major suppliers for this package e.g. Venue, Celebrant, Musician/DJ, Photographer/Videographer.

Coordination
Our Coordination package is perfect for couples who have all of their wedding planning handled and just require the assistance of a trustworthy and organised wedding coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly on their wedding day!
We’ll coordinate your entire day for you, by working with your vendors and consulting with your venue, overseeing your run sheet, and ensuring that all formalities are running as planned and on time.
We’ll ensure that you enjoy your time, whilst we run the show and deal with any issues that may arise so that you don’t have to.
This package includes 8-10 hours of coordination with 1-2 coordinators pending the size of your event.

- Access to your very own online client online portal where all of your supplier information, and timeline details are kept.
- One site visit within 50kms of our office HQ (if deemed necessary).
- Access to our timelines, checklists, and materials that have been specially created to help you with your planning.
- Intensive and ongoing support 6-8 weeks out from your event date.
- Creation and distribution of MJWED Planning Documents, and timeline/schedule of events, to all suppliers including your venue before your event date with additional copies printed and supplied on the day.
- Communication with and coordination of all your suppliers in the lead up to your event, ensuring that their needs, as well as yours, are met on the day.
- Access to our emergency supplies kit to take care of any pesky little mishaps.
- Management of the day, overseeing the event timeline/schedule and deliveries, coordinating suppliers, and working alongside venue coordinators and staff.
- Coverage is normally between 8-10 hours on the day with 1-2 coordinators based on the size of the event.
- Discounted rates may apply to certain venues – we will notify you if your venue qualifies.

To ensure we can allocate the necessary resources to create a truly remarkable event, we typically work with clients whose weddings involve an investment of $50,000 or more, not including our professional fees. This allows us to curate a seamless and luxurious experience that reflects your unique style. Feel free to reach out to our team to discuss this in further detail.
Can I book an in-person meeting, Zoom, or phone call?
I don’t need a wedding planner, but I do need a wedding coordinator, can you help?
Of course we can, we have an option to book just our coordination package, this is best if you have completed all of the planning yourself, and need a team to execute your vision on the day!

My venue already has a planner / coordinator, do I still need a wedding planner / coordinator?
The venue planner / coordinator is a specific role that looks after the venue, and venue needs only. They are there to make sure the lights and air-conditioning are turned on, that guests know where the exits are, and are there to manage catering and beverage staff.
Our wedding planners and coordinators are there to work with the couple, and their chosen vendors for their wedding. We oversee the bump-in and install of all booked suppliers, ensure everyone is sticking to the timeline, whilst also working with the venue to ensure that the catering is also on time so the food isn’t going cold!
So, yes, we highly recommend that you have a wedding planner / coordinator for your day.
