As the year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the magical moments we’ve had the privilege to be part of. From breathtaking weddings to creative collaborations, 2024 has been nothing short of spectacular!

Here’s a look back at some of our favourite highlights:

1. Shay & Lachy’s Wedding at QAGOMA / SLOQ

What an absolute joy it was to bring Shay and Lachy’s dream wedding to life!

From the very start, we worked closely with the couple to provide styling and concept design, florals, hire items, and coordination. It was truly rewarding to be able to see it all come together!

The Styling Walk-Through:

One of our favourite moments was the reception walk-through with Shay and Lachy, where they got to have a sneak peek at the layout, furniture, lighting, florals, dance floor, table centrepieces, and cake. Seeing their excitement made all the planning worthwhile!

The Dances:

The Balanced Dancer helped choreograph their entrance and first dance, which was an absolute showstopper! Their love and joy lit up the room, and we were so thrilled to be part of their unforgettable day.

2. Mariah & Jacob’s Byron Bay Wedding

Set against the stunning backdrop of Tides Byron Bay, Mariah and Jacob’s wedding was a celebration of elegance and simplicity.

Simple Yet Stunning Styling:

We provided styling that complemented the natural beauty of the venue, allowing the couple’s love story to shine. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

A Cheese Tower:

Instead of a traditional cake, the couple opted for a cheese tower — a unique and delicious touch that had guests raving all night long. It was a perfect reflection of their fun and sophisticated style.

3. “Lavender” Shoot at Kwila Lodge

This styled shoot was my dream come true! Collaborating with an amazing team of wedding suppliers, we created a vision that was nothing short of magical.

Autumn Grove Tree:

The centrepiece of our shoot was the magnificent faux Oak tree from Autumn Grove Events, which provided a stunning backdrop and tied the entire concept together.

Floral Concept of Dreams:

From lush bouquets to intricate arrangements, the florals were everything we’d envisioned and more.

Staircase Moment:

One of the standout features had to be the staircase adorned with florals, sparklers, and a champagne tower. It was truly a moment of pure enchantment in a beautifully light-filled venue!

4. Premiere of Sony Pictures’ It Ends with Us

We were thrilled to create a vibrant and artistic floral installation for the premiere of It Ends with Us. Designing florals for a movie about a florist? Absolute perfection!

Full Creative Control:

Entrusted by Karen from Sony Pictures with complete creative freedom, we embraced bold colours and playful designs to capture the essence of the film.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work:

Collaborating with my floral bestie Zoe (Bumble & Bloom) and having Saz (Fire n Honey Images) as our content creator made this project even more special. Together, we brought a vision to life that we’ll always remember.

As we close the book on 2024, we’re so grateful for all the couples, collaborators, and opportunities that made this year extraordinary. Here’s to an even more magical 2025!
